What is the plan? |
Initially you will be required to complete your details. Depending on your choice of program will determine how much information you will be required to provide. These should be filled in with as much detail as possible to enable us to get a thorough understanding of your habits, & personal details. Once these are collected and analyzed you will be sent your initial feeding and training programs. These will form the basis for your initial program. The nutrition guidelines are exactly what they say they are - “guidelines”. We are not going to spoon feed you with a diet – remember this is not a diet.

We are going to educate you about food and nutrition. This is a lifestyle choice, not a short-term fix. The training program will be the first of your 5X3 programs. 5X3 you ask? 5 weeks x 3. That’s right – you get 15 weeks of world-class professional sporting standard training programs. The two parts of the program combine perfectly to ensure you are getting the very best Tin Lane Co can offer.

You will be required to exercise – in particular, lift weights. Contrary to what some people may think – exercise is required to lose weight and lose body fat. Think of food as the fuel, think of exercise as the ignition switch to make it all turn on!

Exercise may not be easy and you may not get the results overnight but you will still get the result if trust the program. Just as you did not gain fat overnight, you will not lose fat overnight. It takes time, consistency and hard work to achieve your goals. We will be there to assist you.
